You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 2โ€“3 business days, depending on your bank.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will take full responsibility and offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

To process your request, please provide photo or video evidence.

If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.


3. 14-Day Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new condition
  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Free of any signs of wear

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
