Once we receive your returned item—or proof that it has been shipped—we will process your refund within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item has been used or opened
- The item was damaged after delivery
- The delivery was refused by the customer
- The item was personalized or custom-made
- The item shows signs of misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photo or video evidence.
In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer either:
